We understand the trust it takes to order online as well as ordering items that will be unique to your order, and we are honoured with your many orders. We accept:

Returning an item to Religiousmall is always the responsibility of the client. Returns are accepted only for items in resellable condition. Please email us to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to ensure proper and timely refund. Mail the item to the sender address or address that you will be given in the email. We have several warehouses in Athens and Religiousmall and the return address depends on client convinience and type of return. Not all Religiousmall sender's addresses can handle customer returns. Large packages and custom orders must be returned to shipper address. Do not return an item without first obtaining an RMA. Religiousmall may choose to offer refund shipping and handling costs as well. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged (25% for hand-crafted, custom, hand assembled, made-to-order or special requested items) on returns. Shipping and expedited shipping cannot be refunded.

Religiousmall only charges when an order is shipped. Refunds are processed for any items not shipped within 48 hours of eta determination. Non optimally executed normal orders (i.e. orders that do not contain special instructions) will be entitled to full product refund. An order is non optimally executed when an error has occured by Religiousmall, and that caused non-delivery of order.

As our clients would testify, in the vast majority of cases we handle a return to the benefit and client's request and provide full product refunds. We have many times provided refunds without requesting a return. We give away small presents, provide interest free payment plans and do everything we can in our daily transactions to provide a perfect and pleasant shopping experience.
